User Agreement (Terms of Service)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GreenLeaf Server services, including the website, Discord bot, and donation reward systems, you agree to this User Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Service Description

GreenLeaf Server provides:

• Community services
• Automated donation reward systems
• Discord integrations

Donations are voluntary and support the community and infrastructure.

3. Donations and Rewards

• Donations are processed through PayPal.
• Donation rewards are granted automatically based on verification.
• Rewards are non-refundable, unless required by law.
• Abuse, fraud, or chargebacks may result in loss of rewards or access.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when claiming donations
• Use the services in good faith
• Not exploit or attempt to bypass verification systems

5. No Guarantee of Availability

Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

GreenLeaf Server is not liable for:

• Loss of access due to misuse or violations
• Third-party service failures (PayPal, Discord)
• Indirect or consequential damages

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraud or abuse is detected
• Required for legal or security reasons

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
